Compensation Analyst

You will partner managers across the business to provide daily compensation analysis and will help develop and maintain compensation reporting and analytics. You will evaluate and analyze salary data and company compensation programs to achieve our goals. You will report to the Director, Compensation.


  • Partner with HR Team and the business to understand and support the our goals by providing Compensation support.
  • Administer compensation guidelines and programs, recommending solutions or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related concerns.
  • Help administer salary and multiple incentive plans.
  • Assist the Compensation Manager in providing analysis on new job profiles and reviewing job offers for consistency with the compensation structure and program.
  • Complete compensation surveys.
  • Contribute to ongoing compensation projects.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Analytics, or closely related field.

Min Experience Required:

  • 5 years of progressive experience in compensation or a closely related field
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Workday compensation and reporting experience
  • Strong Microsoft suite experience especially Excel
