  • Lead commercial negotiations with Roaming Partners worldwide.
  • Successfully negotiate, implement and contract discount agreements with Roaming Partners.
  • Present and structure commercial options for decisions within key governance forums.
  • Collaborate in a team environment to deliver the company’s key business objectives.
  • Analyze the detailed service performance parameters of the roaming partners and use data and conclusions in support of commercial negotiations.
  • Drive internal and external initiatives that will lead to business improvement.
  • Negotiation experience in commercial telecoms, or similar industry
  • A self starter - structured, analytical and proactive.
  • Collaborative and a team player.
  • Passionate about the customer and able to articulate the key technical and commercial principles of the business.
  • Self-motivated, can work under pressure and will pay attention to detail.
  • A strong communicator who can present convincingly and build confidence.
  • Can naturally establish relationships within and outside the company
  • Willing to travel and comfortable working across all organization levels and across international boundaries.
  • Inquisitive and solution oriented.
  • A Bachelor or master’s degree is strongly preferred
  • Ideally 4+ years of experience from the mobile telecom industry, or similar, within a commercial or marketing role.
  • Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of presentations, structured documentation and follow-up in order to deliver value to the organization.

  • Willing to travel (up to 10% of the time)

Remote working will be in place initially (in accordance with government COVID guidelines) and can be considered on a permanent basis.
The team is primarily based in Crawley, UK
