Essential Job Functions:

  • Create SOP’s and any training documents needed for new hires and each business unit to refer to for reference/troubleshooting
  • Design and map out training plans for CEC teams
  • Do initial CEC training with each new hire (processes, understanding of expectations, ensure system set up) and maintain training records of employees
  • Lead cross training initiatives
  • Be a part of testing out new systems and software when applicable
  • Train new users on proper use of software
  • Research new training methods and implementation of training aids
  • Gather feedback on training modules and material to make training more engaging and effective
  • Update reports for each business unit daily, using systems to gather and analyze data
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Fundamental understanding of electronics required

  • Ability to read and understand technical documents and manuals
  • Ability to create high quality training materials
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Ability to follow established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
  • Excellent oral and written skills; ability to respond positively to customer emotions, stress and negative circumstances; ability to overcome objections using skillful persuasion
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
