What You’ll Get to Do:
BI Analytics and Reporting:
Collaborate with various internal and external teams to understand reporting needs, translating strategic business questions into resource and data requirements
Work with data architecture teams and IT business partners to troubleshoot issues relating to data table design and reporting or analytics troubleshooting
Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to support business transformation
Develop dashboard requirements and transfer into rapidly developed prototypes and working solutions
Assesses market strategies by analyzing related products, markets, or trends.
Identify markets for future product development and methods to improve sales of existing products by analyzing technology trends
Compile business intelligence and trends to support actionable recommendations
Summarize financial and economic data reports for review by executives, managers, and stakeholders
Strong analytical and reasoning skills; ability to breakdown complex problems and projects into manageable pieces; strong communication and presentation skills
Assist in the preparation of management and financial reporting including financial statements, performance charts, tables and other analysis
Assist in the design, preparation and coordination of budgets
Systems and Data Architecture Development:
Ability to leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data.
Extensive experience width Microsoft suite, especially Excel and Power BI to assist with legacy reporting processes
Fundamental knowledge of modular reporting systems, a variety of BI tools, SQL language, relational database structure and design.
Experience with and ability to navigate big data environments and bring understanding of information to drive business results
What You'll Bring:
Education & Experience:
BS or BA degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics,
Masters Degree preferred
Relevant work experience to include 2-4 years Finance, Accounting, or financial data analysis, BI Tools: Cognos & Power BI Preferred, ERP Tools; SAP Preferred, EPM tool; SAP BPC preferred, CRM Tools; Salesforce preferred, other cloud storage solutions; Informatica
Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite and Microsoft Power Platform especially Excel, PPT, Power BI and Power Automate
Understanding of ETL tools
Understanding of data storage solutions: AWS, Google Cloud, Informatica, DB2
Understanding of ERP systems, CRM systems and BI tools: SAP, Salesforce, IBM Cognos, Informatica, Power BI
Infrequent travel for training or development meetings may be required; less than 10 percent
