What You'll Get to Do:
Sales and Product Strategy Planning:
- Help create, implement, and manage assigned product strategy to product teams, business development BDM team, direct sales teams, indirect sales team Reps, and customers
- Technical Support for assigned product with supervision
- Assist with determining and implementing market strategies on how we should compete against our competitors
- Help to analyze, develop, and support product price strategies while achieving the profit goals of the Corporation
- Contribute to the achievement business objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Work with Product Supervision to coordinate with Division factories on product; pricing, promotion, new product development, delivery issues
- Support the development of competitive analysis and product cross-references
- Help to define and investigate potential target markets and customers
- Support Marketing to development product advertising, press releases, and promotional campaigns, etc
Product knowledge:
- Provide technical support for Bluetooth low energy, Wi-Fi modules and Tactile switches products to design in Panasonic Products
- Perform product analysis or research to determine future product development requirements for NA markets
- Provide support with the analysis and reporting of product claim issues
- Assist the Product Manager and team members in special projects
- Account Communication / Customer Relationship
- Assist in the development and implementation of product training for business development BDM team, direct sales teams, indirect sales team (Reps), and customers
- Support the communication with factories to obtain the necessary information for new opportunities
- Help Product Team with customer engineering and manufacturing personnel at Automation Control Business Division in Japan
- Potential visits target market and customer to summarize customer’s demand
Lab Support:
- Perform product reliability testing as needed
- Support failure analysis and reporting of claim issues
What You'll Bring:
Education and Experience:
- Currently pursuing Electrical or Mechanical Engineering undergraduate or graduate degree
