SUMMARY
Compiles, enter and audit Integrated Management System and SDS files. Provide support by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Document Control:
- Enters all changes to the Integrated Management System and audits the system annually.
- Enters all changes to the Safety Data Sheet System and audits the system annually.
Staffing Support for Contract Labor
- Maintain daily staffing log for contract labor.
- Communicate with Staffing Agency daily to ensure all positions are filled.
- Review with security any staffing changes that are related to issuing a badge.
Out-Going Mail / Bulletin Board Postings
- Certified Mails to the post office
- Deliver inter-office mail to all divisions daily.
- Post updated documents to bulletin boards for all 3 divisions as needed.
General duties
- Weekly inspections of First Aid cabinets and supplies
- Order first aid supplies
- Weekly inspection of Fire Extinguishers
- Prepares PowerPoint presentation using Safety Patrol photos
- Data entry for monthly reports and projects
- Data entry for Corrective actions

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate degree (A.A.) preferred or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must be computer literate. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office software: word, access, excel and power point
