What You Get to Do:
- Communicates the Panasonic value proposition Why Panasonic through engaging presentations and conversational meetings, while developing or facilitating customer relationships, and creates additional sales opportunities within existing territory accounts, and new accounts while conducting business.
- Identifies new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales opportunities while growing the mid-market and Tier 1 customer or prospect base. Develop overall Sales and marketing plan to achieve maximum growth within assigned geographic territory and names accounts.
- Provides timely, accurate and complete sales reports and forecasts along with updating Sales Opportunities in PSCNA Salesforce system for forecasting.
- Engages and leverages effective relationships with internal resources and industry partners to create opportunities and further drive solution based sales.
- Attend industry tradeshows, customer conventions, in identified market to promote Panasonic vision when needed.
What You'll Bring:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business management, marketing or a related discipline or experience
- Fully qualified sales account manager. 5+ years sales experience in QSR or Fast Casual or Hospitality sales role, with a focus on successfully finding new opportunities
- Has working knowledge of Point of sale Hardware or Drive Thru Headsets or Digital Signage and overall Food Service and Hospitality Technology products, solutions and services.
- Understands company cultures and networks for resolving a variety of issues that are aligned with Panasonics Basic Business Principles.
- Ability to articulate product portfolios and their connectivity for a solution.
- Present, promote and sell Panasonic Foodservice solutions and services after thorough discovery of needs, to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing or potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to prospects through cold calling via all channels including social, email, phone, networking
- Achieve agreed upon sales quota targets on an annual basis
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other stake holders
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and trends in the marketplace
- Continuously improve through feedback

What We Offer:
The salary range of $73,000 –$90,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
