Achieve personal and company set revenue & profit goals, by selling products to OEMs, Refrigeration Contractors, through the Krack Rep organization and National Refrigeration Contractors. Drive successful implementation of defined market strategies and initiatives. Building long term customer relationships and your personal involvement in acquiring new customers, manufacturer reps, and Original Equipment Manufacturers. You will report to our Business Development Leader.
Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new customers and customer relationship maintenance
- Assist all Krack Manufacturer's Representatives in supporting existing customer base, and future growth.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large & targeted customers.
- Timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and internal support groups, as well as provide technical training when needed to support the business.
- Provide competitive Information to Product Development and Marketing to better service customer base and ensure brand consistency in the marketplace.
- Prepare Monthly and 30-60-90 sales forecasting via CRM
- Challenge and Change management within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (Marketing, Business, Engineering, or Related Field)
- 7 years' Experience – Experience can be a combination of business to business sales experience, technical sales experience, business development experience
- General refrigeration product knowledge, basic engineering, or technical skills.
- Commercial Refrigeration and Light Industry experience.
- Experience in complex sales-process driven environments.
- Deadline and goal driven self-starter, who is comfortable in a corporate environment.
- Travel: up to 60%
