What You Will Get to Do:
- Responsible for Program Management Execution for all global OneConnect programs from sourcing to end of life.
- Required to consider and ensure the Global Functional Elements and Business Relationships are structured, outlined and agreed to ensured Successful Launch of Products.
- Responsibility for PM team assigned to Customer Products. Directs team members accordingly. Build positive relationships with customers and team.
- Provides support for PM Members to ensure their successful completion of tasks and deliverables; may have direct reports.
- Leads internal and external Product Development Team and related meetings.
- Plan and directs schedules and budgets monitoring the project from initiation through delivery.
- Responsible for total customer scope and co-ordination of cross function teams in development, operations, quality, sales and so on to ensure OEM deliveries are made on-time, to budget and to ultimately delight the customer.
- Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project and product on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Works with all departments and holds accountable all participating individuals to the successful execution of projects.
- Plans, develops and maintains methods, procedures and timing for implementation of new product launches; PLS Lite
- Execute programs in accordance with business Decision Processes framework; DP. Recommends end updates as appropriate.
- Required to consider and ensure the Global Functional Elements and Business Relationships are structured, outlined and agreed to ensured Successful Launch of Products.
- Works closely with Sales and Application Engineering teams to provide consistency on communicating commitments to the customer. Manage escalations as required.
- Works with all departments and holds accountable all participating individuals to the successful execution of projects.
- Maintains summary program status charts and documentation. Supports and red items with root cause explanation and recovery plans.
- Required to consider and ensure the Global Functional Elements and Business Relationships are structured, outlined and agreed to ensured Successful Launch of Products.
- Ensure compliance with all import and export regulations and other applicable certifications.
- Develops cost models and simulates local and Global profit and loss models.
- Tracks Financial Condition for Customer Base.
- Evaluates and pursues Cost Improvements; OH, Labor and Development.
- Maintains current documentation related to projects: Open issues, Program Timing, Key Contracts, Engineering Change History, Tooling Details, Cost Data BOM/E and C Grades, Development Parts and Delivery Schedule, Customer Delivery Agreements, DPIM Materials.
- Supports Business Plan and Mid-Term Plan Budget Development.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field plus 7 years work experience as a program manager in mobility solutions or automotive industries.
- Masters degree in engineering or business highly desired.
- Experience with business processes of a large global organization required.
- Experience of standard data management tools and equipment to prepare and change key documents within extremely short timeframes
- Proven technical understanding of automotive or mobility telematics systems.
- Experience with the design and implementation methods and procedures for new product launch or mass production.
- Excellent project management and execution skills.
- Excellent skills with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Teams.
- Ability to interact formally and informally with senior management.
- Ability to remain organized and self-directed in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to develop solutions for moderate to complex problems.
- Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Able to work in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment and independently when needed.
- Methodical Planner who is able to see and then pre-empt potential problems to manage a multi-million dollar demand and supply process within very tight total inventory requirements.
- Able to rapidly identify individuals or groups who can help with issues outside of own ability or experience.
- Demonstrates ability to work with a broad range of personalities to obtain a satisfactory solution for the benefit of the company as a whole. Will require ability to build consensus and be assertive as appropriate

- Effective communication skills with the ability to converse orally and in writing with global team members.
- Effectively communicate with management to convey the pros and cons of various approaches accurately and clearly.
- Ability to deal with many different personalities and take appropriate action to solve problems.
- Must be able to work well with customers and manufacturer reps and understand their needs with respect to hardware and warranty issues.
- Ability to travel as required of the position.
- Peachtree City, GA or Farmington Hills, MI strongly preferred.
- Travel post-Covid up to 50 percent; US Domestic and International
