What You'll Get to Do:

Create the HR technology portfolio roadmap and architect HR technology solutions:

  • Support building business cases and ROI analysis for HR technology investments
  • Optimize HR technology systems and services to meet workforce requirements and create opportunities for automation, enhanced integration capabilities, reduction of manual processes, and improvements to accuracy and completeness
  • Oversee future implementation and application of AI to engage the workforce in personalized interactions, at scale, anytime / anywhere, across channels to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and scale of services provided

Translate technology strategy, priorities, trends into team technical capabilities, competencies, and skills:

  • Ensure HR technology priorities have clearly defined scope, timing deliverables, resources, and key measures of success
  • Collaborate to create the technical employee experience
  • Collaborate with leaders to drive the selection, implementation and upgrades of all HR tools and processes to ensure maximum use of technologies purchased

Lead the execution of the overall HR technology strategy and long-term roadmap in support of business needs:

  • Partner with HR Technology Delivery Teams on knowledge / content management and customer delivery
  • Offer technical expertise and insight to support informed decision-making and identify opportunities for process optimization and technology modernization
  • Build a high performing team and lead a culture of accountability
  • Coach team members and organize efforts to ensure productive, on time, and accurate system implementation progress
  • Partner with HR Technology Communities of Practice / Affinity Groups
  • Stay up to date on upcoming HR technology features, releases, and trends in partnership with cloud providers

What You'll Bring:

Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in IT, HR, or business-related fields; Advance degree preferred
  • Minimum 12 years combined general business and professional HR technology experience
  • Previous experience with HR technology consulting and implementation highly preferred
  • Previous experience with Workday highly preferred
  • Direct experience as a HR technology solutions architect and leading HRIS functional roles
  • Demonstrated experience driving successful transformational change
  • Demonstrated success building business cases and ROI analysis
  • Strong experience with HR technology products and vendors
  • Strong understanding of HR technology industry trends and best practice
  • Expert in several areas of HR technology and deep understanding of HR processes and practices, system configuration, designing system enhancement, managing upgrades, and supporting all people systems including: Core HCM, Analytics, Learning, TA, Talent Management, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Payroll, Total Rewards, Content Management
  • Demonstrated record of successful full life-cycle implementations, from planning to configuration through go-live, that achieve defined business outcomes
  • Understanding of cloud platforms and how they integrate with HR technology solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to run projects on time and on budget
  • Ability to align multiple strategies and ideas
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving service excellence
  • Strong external network providing access to best HR and talent practices and innovation
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to organize and present information concisely to executive leaders
  • Experience partnering with leaders to reach strategic business goals
