These employee-led groups, such as BEN (BLAAC Employee Network), PRISM (LGBTQ+ employees and allies), RISE (Women at PASA), and Veterans (Veterans, families of Veterans, and supporters), actively contribute to our vibrant and dynamic workplace.

BEN (BLAAC Employee Network)

The BLAAC Employee Network aims to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for Black, Latino, African American, African and Caribbean employees by offering networking and educational opportunities, cultural events, social gatherings and community engagement.

We strive to build a culture of connection, company pride and positive support.

PRISM

Pride. Respect. Inclusion. Support. Mindfulness.

PRISM provides a supportive community for LGBTQ+ employees and their allies to bond and help one another through sharing of common goals, best practices, personal experiences, knowledge and lessons learned. RISE

RISE is committed to empowering women and advancing gender equality at Panasonic Automotive.

Veterans

The Veterans BIG honors the service and sacrifices of our military personnel and their families.
